You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documents reasonably requested by jlpj to verify your identity, age, and source of funds. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
3.5 Account Currency. jlpj accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jlpj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your jlpj account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. jlpj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. jlpj reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Prohibited Funding Sources. The following funding sources are strictly prohibited on jlpj: cryptocurrency of any kind, credit card gambling deposits, and any payment method not registered in the account holder's own name. Transactions identified as originating from prohibited sources will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. jlpj complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. jlpj reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze accounts pending investigation where required by law.
5.1 General. jlpj may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jlpj strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus mechanics. Where bonus abuse is detected, jlpj reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the account.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses and free spins expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited without notice.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on jlpj is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

jlpj does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
12.1 By You. You may close your jlpj account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 By jlpj. jlpj reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) jlpj is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) jlpj reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) jlpj ceases to operate the Platform.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.

Where changes are material, jlpj will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising between you and jlpj shall first be referred to jlpj's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Where jlpj is subject to PAGCOR regulatory oversight, disputes relating to game outcomes or regulatory compliance may also be referred to PAGCOR through its established complaints process.
